We had the 2012 Vintage on 7/12-13/25. With 13 Years of aging, all the tannins have been smoothed out. Tastes of blueberry, plum, leather and spice. Medium to full bodied. Still fruit forward. Very good — a year ago
Perfumed nose of violets plus blue and red fruits a note of red liquorice. On the medium weight plus palate , ripe plum and chocolate. Differs from Cabernet with no herbal bay leaf characters and softer tannins in this case but persistent. This is a perfect wine to have with steak, in this case T bone. The Argentinians worked this out ages ago. One of the 1001 wines where it is summed up succinctly - The hallmark of the Catena style is refinement and balance but with a big personality. These wines supercede the Malbecs from Cahors because the vineyards are planted between 780 metres and 1500 metres in the Andes. — 5 years ago

This was just crazy good, especially considering the price. Really nice dark fruit, plus minerals on the finish. And no pressure! — 9 years ago

Punch of flavour with smooth, easy finishing taste — 8 years ago
I haven’t had this wine in a long time, but the first sip reminded me why I liked it and probably purchased in the first place. The 2012 is in a great place right now and will probably remain there for the next decade +. Lots of dark fruits but nicely balanced with a hint of tartness that gives this a rounded flavor profile. Very enjoyable. — 10 months ago

"Odedi"
Ruby in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity.
Fruity nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, light oak, spices, chocolates, dark coffee and peppercorn.
Long finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley. Complex with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and fruit forward. Drinking at its peak right now, and a little metallic on the nose.
Robert Parker 93 points. Wine Spectator 92 points.
This 14 year old Pinot Noir is a good sipping wine, that also paired nicely with food.
14.6% alcohol by volume.
