Almost clear color with subtle gold hues. Petrol dominates the nose with some sweet elements. Fairly thick, deep wine with more Petrol and some lemongrass and pineapple on the palate. Pretty good vintage from HJW. — 19 days ago

BAM goes the nose. Full of banana, minerality, slight petrol, mango, grass, and more. Palate isn’t quite as full. That plus medium minus acidity drops the score a little lower than other Wiemer rieslings. — a month ago

Drinking very well right now (2024). Critics said to drink up but I found it still having strong fruit balancing the dirt. Reminded me of some lovely aged Bordeaux I've had in the past. I'd enjoy now or over the next few years if you're lucky enough to have any bottles. Cheers! — 2 months ago
