Bernkasteler Badstube Kabinett Riesling

Any great wine from the cellars of Händler Josef.

Very intense with lime peel and elderflowers. Quite taught and linear in the mouth , more of the cool citrus and green fruits , high acidity off set with lovely light sweetness , finishes refreshing lime cordial notes , saline hints , good length . Light but intense . Very young but ok now better in 3-5 years and will last a further 10 ,
