2022/5/14 with poached pork tenderloin, etc. There’s a gentle creaminess developing alongside the lemon tart and smokier notes. On the palate, there’s good acid to start, along with a savory, salty character - the impression shifts more alkaline towards the finish. Oak is present but soft. — 3 years ago

Domaine Vincent & Sophie Morey Santenay Les Hates shows a Ruby color with aromas of ripe dark fruits and smoky notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and currants with tobacco and spice.
