Easy approachable and a great pairing wine! — 2 months ago
Not as deliberately oxidative, but still too oxidative to be Chablis. — a day ago
Basic label. Smells like cherry coke and wood oil. Flavors are complex and chewy. Cherry cola in flavors. Licorice too. Age-d. — 13 days ago
1hr+ decant. This was great, but did fade faster than expected so I’d drink up. Very complex nose and palate that can only be found in higher end Bordeaux’s. Great depth and long finish. Not sure if this is being produced any more, but if it is, I’m a buyer. — 2 months ago
Excellent Gamay wine. Paired very well with veal kidneys in mustard sauce. — a month ago
GSM that is 67 percent Grenache and 22 percent Syrah. Lots of fruit makes this delightful. May 2025. — 12 days ago
Naso intrigante e ricco. Bella consistenza e complessità data da un uso del legno presente ma non invasivo.
We’ll see after release! — a month ago

Forgot to take detailed notes, but this was nice. Not really any carbonic / natural / “new agey”notes, just a solid classically made gamay. Definitely has some structure, opened 4 hours before serving which was good. Didn’t sing on any one dimension of fruit / earth / acid / length / texture but was nice overall. — 5 days ago
