Rich, broad bubble, toasty, biscuity. Great biodynamic sparkler that punches well above its weight class. — 8 years ago

Ripe apricot and ash from Riesling, musk and flowery from the Gewurtz. Love this shit! — 11 years ago
Another great edelzwicker found its way home with me... This time from Alsace! Full of tropical and citrus notes that that pack a slatey punch. What a great value — 12 years ago

Yummy, dry, bubbly - touch minerally, wet stone — 9 years ago
A ripe Gewurtz, ready for some riper cheese. Lychee, mango, a hint of ginger opens up to a spice cabinet of revolving and hard to pin down aromas. A touch of residual sugar plumps up all the flavors — 10 years ago
Startlingly joyous #PinotNoir at a killer good price. Thx @ThirstyRedhead @SkurnikWines for the tip! — 11 years ago

Vintage 2019 | very young imo, initial impression simply closed, second day lovely mineral impressions, vague hint of honey, saline. Delicious refined taste. Paired with 1st dish of watermelon, sea aspargus, grey shrimps and a pickled crème, 2d dish steamed haddock with hollandaise sauce, bimi, broad beans and rice. Lots of potential. — a year ago
Nice acidity and fruit. Needed to breathe for 20 minutes to settle a little. Excellent paired with Tuna Tartare. Very good value. — 3 years ago
Honey, appricot, pears, viscous, golden yellow hue nicely paired with carrot tofu soup.
Thanks to Sheila and Tim! — 10 years ago

Alsace white blend of Pinot Blanc (45%), Pinot Gris (23%), Gewurtztraminer (16%), Riesling (8%) and Muscat (8%). Interesting aromas of orchard and tropical fruit along with a white floral note. Flavors of green pears, green melon, lychee, pineapple, lemon and faint bits of spice and mineral flavors. Long and crisp finish. Soft and gentle mouthfeel. Slightly creamy texture but no obvious sign of oak. Designed to pair with seafood but more versatile than that in my opinion. — 7 months ago
