Flavors of green pears, green melon, lychee, pineapple, lemon and faint bits of spice and mineral flavors. Long and crisp finish. Soft and gentle mouthfeel. Slightly creamy texture but no obvious sign of oak. Designed to pair with seafood but more versatile than that in my opinion. — 7 months ago
