Rich, broad bubble, toasty, biscuity. Great biodynamic sparkler that punches well above its weight class. — 7 years ago

Vintage 2019 | very young imo, initial impression simply closed, second day lovely mineral impressions, vague hint of honey, saline. Delicious refined taste. Paired with 1st dish of watermelon, sea aspargus, grey shrimps and a pickled crème, 2d dish steamed haddock with hollandaise sauce, bimi, broad beans and rice. Lots of potential. — 10 months ago
Nice acidity and fruit. Needed to breathe for 20 minutes to settle a little. Excellent paired with Tuna Tartare. Very good value. — 3 years ago
This is my kind of Pinot Noir. Bright. Cold weather. No leather/tar note. Dry Farm Wines. — 7 years ago

Alsace white blend of Pinot Blanc (45%), Pinot Gris (23%), Gewurtztraminer (16%), Riesling (8%) and Muscat (8%). Interesting aromas of orchard and tropical fruit along with a white floral note. Flavors of green pears, green melon, lychee, pineapple, lemon and faint bits of spice and mineral flavors. Long and crisp finish. Soft and gentle mouthfeel. Slightly creamy texture but no obvious sign of oak. Designed to pair with seafood but more versatile than that in my opinion. — 22 days ago
