Pleasant drinking. A wash with dried roses, cranberry, mulberry, poached strawberry, red liquorice, faint cola and lift of leather. Defined by quite chalky tannin profile without the fruit or finish to fill it out. — 17 days ago
Black raspberry, candied red raspberry, roses, red liquorice, sweet tobacco, faint warm leather, warm earth. Tannins pounce early but they don’t draw long and shapely, quite short in their definition. Acid is there and a good foil to the tannin, but the tannins still very much defund this wine, very drying. Lacks the length and finish one would be expecting also. Not bad. — 11 days ago
Deadset delicious. Oak stood out initially but it settled into the wine with some air to make way to lemon curd, preserved lemon, yellow peach, dried pineapple, salted butter, lees and oak. Lovely sense of minerality and freshness in the palate. Decent length. Banging — 22 days ago
