Buen vino color rojo rubí, frutos negros, equilibrado, lo degustamos con una polenta en salsa boloñesa y queso parmesano, me hizo recordar a mi madre, siempre le decía “la polenta no es apetitosa a la vista” ¿como lograr que provoque comerla? a mi madre se le ocurrió reemplazar la bandeja rectangular con un molde de torta, la servía como una torta de varios pisos con la salsa entre cada piso, esta torta salada los sábado día de visita la teniamos en medio de la mesa éramos todo un batallón, buenos tiempos! — 7 years ago

Pear, candied ginger, pomelo, little oxidative whoch translates in an almondy hint, white musk , potatoes and white truffle, and a reminiscence of "torta della nonna". Wet rocks and balsamic. Fresh, mineral and long.

Off their list, exotic tropical fruits, acacia flower with good acidity & mineral. Always a perfect wine with their tapas menu. Today’s lunch had Garlic shrimp, their famous 1905 salad & finished with a torta omelette with chorizo, potato, ham, green pepper & onions. — 7 years ago
Perlenzauber pale ale. Classic beer good looks. Pocky white foamer, and red gold amber. Chunky, graphic, bubble-letter, rounded slick lacing, with deep space negative image culmination. Lemon zest dinner roll nose with grapefruit skin and tangerine pith. Pineapple foam. Sweet, potato bread and sweet potato elements converge into one of the tastiest beers imaginable. Lacks the over-sweet elements of halcyon tastes, but retains the echoes of its thrills. Just yummy beer and begging for pretzels. — 2 years ago
