Closed but concentrated and not too tannic. With an hour of air the nose starts to give up deep granitic minerality and some very dark berry skin fruit. A bit of graphite and salty iodine too. In the mouth it’s got good flavor density and nice acids. Tannins are obvious but feel like they’ll settle within a couple of years. Great value from WTSO. — 22 days ago
Fun. One of my first German Pinots. Extremely dark fruit profile yet also light on the body, almost like an Oregon pinot with a vein of Cab Franc nose. Earth, underripe blackberries, herbal undertones. Ageworthy — 3 months ago
Excellent whole cluster northern Rhône. Dark and brooding. Wild yet refined. Would definitely buy again for 50 dollars. — 5 days ago
Deep ruby color as expected. Animal nose leather, blood, mushrooms (ceps), which smells of sweat and sex. Deep supple mouth, with many shades dominated by black pepper; developing as tasting sips after sips with also fine floral notes and mineral touches: A real trip! The acid grid is now nuanced, it's to drink now.
— 25 days ago

Different gamays (de Bouze, Chaudenay, Gamaret..) on volcanic ground. Deep purple color. Surprising nose: blood orange, green clay, lentils. The attack carries a certain volume that fades quickly. The whole is greedy. We are in the thirsty-wine category. It's original for a gamay. To drink on youth.
— 3 months ago
Cru Beaujolais from a classic producer. Tons of tart red berries, little wet rock, some forest floor. Medium acidity and long finish. Yum. — 12 days ago
