Nice champagne — a year ago
Young and too eager to pleased. Should wait for another 5 before drinking. — 3 years ago
Classic champagne. Not too much individual character, but just saying that so you don’t go thinking you’re going to get anything other than a classic champagne that will hold well over what was that 5 days?! Started with energy and verve. Ended with rich opulence. 🥂👌🏼 — 4 years ago
Good. Pleasant and yeasty. Maybe a bit one note. Matt liked — 4 months ago
Rare blend of first press cuvée, in a combination of several vintages, and has made with carefully selected plots of Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. three of the vintage still wines were aged in oak before blending and bottling. the cuvée matures a minimum of five years in the bottle before being desgorged. — 4 months ago
Closed and timid at first, but soon displays a broad complexity, wonderful vinous aromas of red fall apples, raspberries and ripe peach, plenty of toast and crushed stones and a wee note of arrack and a almond nuttiness.
Dry palate, high and well balanced acidity gives the wine a proud posture, the fine beaded and round mousse is very persistent and interwoves the intense fruit profile and rings out in a long finish.
Double up day 2! More nuance and complexity one day later

Nectarine and black currant on the nose. Apple upfront with a medium syrupy body. Decent amount of heat starting on the mid-palate and increasing over time. Finishes with a hint of rhubarb. — 4 years ago
