Gold hue. Aromas and flavors of apple, apricot, bell pepper, lemon, and petrol, with a hint of grass and creamy notes. Medium body with medium-plus acidity. Silky and rounded mouthfeel. Complex bouquet. Elegant and balanced, with a lasting finish. — 2 months ago
Beautiful label with original artwork. Aged well. Color is still very dark. Smells meaty. Floral too. Hints of violets. Berry melange. Flavors are dense and very tannic. Fairly complex and very chewy. Clean and clear with the lovely flavors. Plenty of savory and licorice-y stuff. This is Petite at its best and it’s still going strong 14 years on. — 3 months ago

First pour of the vintage for me. Smells like I just pulled fresh table grapes off the stem. Initial flavors of red fruit herbs and something floral, followed by unripe plum and cola. Light bodied but medium pigment extraction. After sixty minutes, flavors integrate. — 17 days ago
