Earthy and funky. Big and bold — 3 months ago
Killer Macon Chardonnay. Tart green apple, wet rock, hint of lemon zest, used oak? Have had several bottles already. Will age well but can’t keep my hands off of it. Crisp acidity. Way over delivers for a Macon Chard. — 4 months ago
Lovely Macon with serious more northern Bourgogne Blanc ambitions. Buttery lactic notes, ripe lemons, fresh acidity and mineral backbone; a well balanced wine nicely coming together at the moment. From magnum and paired with a dish of gray shrimps filled Jerusalem artichokes. — 4 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Established in the village of Marsannay in the 1960's by Bernard Coillot, father of owner Christophe Coillot. Deep Ruby red color with aromas of berry fruit and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with notes of fig, mushroom and spice. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy mineral character. Very Nice! — 20 hours ago
