Shockingly good. Bright, lightly floral, easy to drink. Great with a meal or on its own. — 3 days ago
See previous note 106 weeks ago. Dense crimson black. Quite ripe fruit on nose and palate. Lovely richness without excessive weight. Finishes dry. Medium minus acid. Georgie said some Animale note with white pepper. In our blind tasting options, Barb and Georgie thought this was Australian which was a fair assumption. Excuse the water damaged label. — a month ago
Brightest and most brilliant golden yellow I’ve ever seen, almost fluorescent!
Very unctuous and oily, sexy, Rubenesque.
Dense apricot, peach and mango. Thick layer of honey, some minerals. Full bodied and sweetish at first, getting drier towards the very long, harmonious finish.

"Slow Decanting" South African Grenache
👃Rich cherry/strawberry, roses, smokey herbs, tea, sage, citrus, clove. Complex & elegant
👅Salty, savory, and fleshy. Broad flavors that have depth, clarity, & persistence. Soft tannins. Superb!
"Slow Decanted" the remaining wine in my fridge
👃Totally unique combination of flavors with depth & complexity *
👅White pepper, savory strawberry. Slightly bitter. Crispy. Dry, smokey finish. Energetic. Light
Grenache that is elegant and singular
Equally superb on Days 1 and 13
Burgundian stylings. Medium body. Elegant. Complex. Singular🍷

Wine was deep ruby in appearance. On the nose, there was a medium intensity of red fruit such as raspberry and strawberry, with notes of cocoa. The palate matched the aromas, but with a little bit of spice, at a pronounced intensity. Body is medium, acidity is high, tannin is medium and grippy, alcohol is medium. Overall, a very balanced wine with a long finish that starts of intense, but smooth out as time goes on. The wine is complex and balanced. overall an outstanding wine! — 10 days ago
