Great as usual. . — 13 hours ago
Beautiful color; more red tint than SLV. Fabulous nose, with dark red fruit, raspberries, and fig. Coats the palate with luscious red fruit, dark cherry, spice, oak, and faint taste of charcoal. Silky tannins with a dry finish. Really nice cab. — a month ago

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and spice scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay. Pair this with a tuna steak. — 3 months ago
Served to warm. I do enjoy cake bread. Very young. Needs a minute — 2 days ago

Very approachable young bourdeaux blend. Again very fruit forward. — a month ago

Actually a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (77%), Merlot (12%), Malbec (5%), Cabernet Franc (4%) Petite Verdot (2%). Dark ruby color with some purple highlights. Aroma of ripe black fruit, violets, cedar and burnt caramel. Flavors of black berry/currant/plum fruit, black tea, savory herbs and spices. Lingering finish, plush, well balanced with fine grained tannins. Solid value. Enjoyed at Thyme Rooftop Restaurant with Keith S! — 2 months ago
It is time for some Merlot on this #MerlotThursday. Let's bring Merlot back!
Dark inky in color with a short purplish rim.
Fruity nose and full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate and very fruity.
Showing black currants, plums, cooked cherries, dried figs, cedar, vanilla, cooked raisins, chocolates, light earth, herbs, spices, dark coffee, peppercorn and licorice.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Merlot from Napa Valley. Fruit forward and extracted. Rich, and in your face kind of wine.
Still young, and needs 7 years in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years.
This 8-year-old is nicely balanced and dense, with enough acidity for the fruits. Complex with a nice mouthfeel. Big, bold and beautiful, with a teeth staining color. Not a good choice for a first date.
Wine Advocate 94 points.
The blend varies with each vintage. I've had the 2014 vintage a year ago, and loved it even more.
A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food.
A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
14.6% alcohol by volume.

2017 Ravine White Springs Vineyard Dry Riesling (Finger Lakes). Nine years old and still seems youthful. Great nose of zesty Granny Smith and slightly unripe Cortland apples and lots of high-toned stony minerality. Palate is concentrated and intense, lots of crisp acid to balance the deep fruit and intense stones. Lipsmackingly delicious. 9.3 (This is a re-post because @Delectable Wine deep-sixed the original) — 12 days ago

Clear, pale gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary aromas of lemon, starfruit, and citrus blossoms; on the palate, it's dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary flavors of lemon peel, honeydew, and white pages with a long finish. This wine is balanced and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 25 days ago
This lovely old vine Zinfandel blend is still wonderful, the oldest Bedrock in my cellar, long, lingering finish! — a month ago

Lots going on with this wine. Progression from light to dark fruit to tart, slightly sour finish. Dried cherry, forest floor, acidic. — 2 months ago

I have really enjoyed the 2018 Napa vintage. This was good & certainly shows the 2018 style but was a little sleepy on that day.
