Great white wine. Good flavor, smooth but has substance. Are it with the mushroom and asparagus risotto on Mother’s Day. Josey describes as very dry, good pairing with a rich seafood meal or rich pasta. light bodied.

Lemon, cantaloupe, melon, & toast on the nose. Tart citrus front with a buttery, oaky middle and more melon on the finish. High acidity. Not as vegetal as a NZ SB. More oak than usual in a SB, but if I were to drink one, this would probably be it.
