By far the Pinot noir with the most depthy and complexity that I have ever come across. This Pinot noir dreams to be paired with a fatty salmon and rice but stands alone on its own. On the palate ripe black cherry and blackberry flavors, with some dried fruit notes, tea, toasty vanilla oak, cinnamon spice and cola tones.
