2017 Ravine White Springs Vineyard Dry Riesling (Finger Lakes). Nine years old and still seems youthful. Great nose of zesty Granny Smith and slightly unripe Cortland apples and lots of high-toned stony minerality. Palate is concentrated and intense, lots of crisp acid to balance the deep fruit and intense stones. Lipsmackingly delicious. 9.3 (This is a re-post because @Delectable Wine deep-sixed the original) ā a month ago
Clear, pale gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary aromas of lemon, starfruit, and citrus blossoms; on the palate, it's dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary flavors of lemon peel, honeydew, and white pages with a long finish. This wine is balanced and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. ā 2 months ago
Very approachable young bourdeaux blend. Again very fruit forward. ā 2 months ago

Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and spice scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay. Pair this with a tuna steak. ā 3 months ago

Actually a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (77%), Merlot (12%), Malbec (5%), Cabernet Franc (4%) Petite Verdot (2%). Dark ruby color with some purple highlights. Aroma of ripe black fruit, violets, cedar and burnt caramel. Flavors of black berry/currant/plum fruit, black tea, savory herbs and spices. Lingering finish, plush, well balanced with fine grained tannins. Solid value. Enjoyed at Thyme Rooftop Restaurant with Keith S! ā 3 months ago
Served to warm. I do enjoy cake bread. Very young. Needs a minute ā 25 days ago

Beautiful color; more red tint than SLV. Fabulous nose, with dark red fruit, raspberries, and fig. Coats the palate with luscious red fruit, dark cherry, spice, oak, and faint taste of charcoal. Silky tannins with a dry finish. Really nice cab. ā 2 months ago
Lots going on with this wine. Progression from light to dark fruit to tart, slightly sour finish. Dried cherry, forest floor, acidic. ā 2 months ago

The label I read showed 2019, my host assured me that it was 2021.
The 2021 coming along nicely and showing some beautiful development. Because of its nice integration, I believe this really was 2019. š¤·āāļø ā 6 days ago
