Very nice, high quality wine but I can just not get over these vegetative green notes (methoxypyrazines) from the predominant Carmenere grape in this blend. Just reminds me of green peas or agave. So that ruined it a bit for me. But my wife, Tammy, really liked it. We will be going to Chile this fall to look up some of these awesome wineries. Wow, this second wine from the famous #apalta producer is stunning. Nose is supremely elegant black/purple fruit, sous bois and dried herbs. The rich beam of dark fruit is offset by the perfect level of acidity on the palate with velvety tannins on the finish. — 8 months ago

Intense and deep ruby , garnet tinged rim . Quite intensely fruited , cassis , spiced blackberry , blueberry . On the palate lots of cassis and blackcurrant character , blueberry notes , roasted pepper and touch of wood spice . High tannin , lots of grip , with just balanced acidity and alcohol . Quite dense and serious on the finish . Needs a bit more time to fully integrate but promising . Better in 5 years and will last well a further 5-10 — 2 months ago
Blackberry, chocolate and spicy aromas. Medium tannins and juicy. Went nicely with a hamburger blended with mild jalapeño and cheese. I would get this wine again. — 8 months ago

Tried twice! Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah and 10% Carmenère, deep Ruby with purple hues, aromas of black fruits and spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black currant and black pepper spice with some cacao notes. Rustic big tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and powerful spice.
