In the zone as they say. Nose is bitter apple, some white cherries, kumquat, herbal and stunningly mineral. So expressive and maybe a hint of petroleum. Great depth, minerals and huge dry extract but so nimble and fresh. Juicy and pithy with lots of fruit flesh that is more towards the pit than when you bite into the fruit. So pure and drinking insane out of the bottle. Wow, so elegant and complex now with air. Maybe a 9.6? — 2 months ago
Great natural wine. Slightly spritzt. Pure fruit and pepper. High acid. — 9 months ago
There is something indescribably brilliant about this. It’s hard to put into words. When you first sip it, it has this delicious vibrancy. As it site in the palate, there is this shimmering quality. Mountain stream with minerals. An echo of pink grapefruit. It’s all just so balanced and well made and vibrant. Density is good but not elite but even so this is a masterpiece. Ok. Some elegant richness as it opens.
Nose: white and yellow flowers. Lovely coiled richness as it opens.
Hmm. I think the price of this is causing me to underscore this. The nose is exquisite after it opens. Really sick.

i love this unfiltered rosé blend. it didn’t taste much like a rosé since it had a little more body than most rosé’s - more medium bodied. the lack of filtration gave it some nice texture. it does bright raspberry noted balanced by some gripping tannins. i am into this! i’d love to have again. i had at frog bar and haven’t seen this bottle before — 2 years ago
Nose: bright. Lovely. White and yellow flowers. Pink grapefruit.
Palate: on the sweet side. Nice peach. Solid. Mountain stream. Sort of lovely if not not brilliant.
