Orchard fruit, minerality, apple cider started to dominate as it opened up. — 5 months ago
A great Italian white. Nose is so dense with waxy fruits, plantains and also some minerals. Really expansive. Also some faint burnt incense. Palate is juicy and bone dry at the same time and there is some plantain and apricot fruit and huge minerals. Long and fresh with terrific acidity. Lovely spice throughout and great purity. — 10 months ago
Just a hint of effervescence when first opened. It’s light and bright without much acidity, but much more flavorful than Sancerre or Chenin Blanc, and without too much citrus. Slight sweetness, like a honey crisp apple.
We had it with Argentine shrimp cooked in butter and red pepper and it was was heavenly. — 9 months ago
The light touch of untoasted oak burnishes the fruit flavor, but still has firm acidity and minerality a wonderful wine — 4 months ago

Crisp, clean, tight bubbles in this lovely Spumante, bone dry, medium-bodied, medium-long finish, very good!! — a month ago
