Harrys recommended - liked it and then came back to it and liked it even more. Sharp acidity. Nothing sweet or annoying. I could reach for this one.

Just a hint of effervescence when first opened. It’s light and bright without much acidity, but much more flavorful than Sancerre or Chenin Blanc, and without too much citrus. Slight sweetness, like a honey crisp apple.
We had it with Argentine shrimp cooked in butter and red pepper and it was was heavenly.

Light, crisp, strong grapefruit flavor. Paired better with slightly sweetly seasoned food to balance out the bitterness.
