Smooth hints of cherry strong red color — 2 years ago
Heugumber - Aka - Grasshopper in the local dialect spoken in the three corners area of Germany, France and Switzerland. Very juicy with fantastic aromatics reminiscent of a light Chardonnay. Hazelnut, minerals, crisp, just 11%. The Chasselat Grape is a very old Grape called Gutedel in Baden. World class really. Came in a suitcase from my friend Christoph to the US. Enderle & Moll make one as well I am looking forward to try their version. Essentially unknown in the US. — 3 years ago

This was great. Light and fun pet Nat — 2 years ago
Super juicy, but also dark and brooding. Black cherry, plum, smoke, spice, and gravel. Soft, smooth, balanced and persistent. — 3 years ago
Nose has some sweet wood, mint, wild berries and wild black cherry and loads of violets. Huge minerals and earthy underbrush. Gorgeous aromas that need an hour for the wood to integrate more. Tree bark. Wood shavings and a hint of bitter citrus rind round out the aromas. Palate is just awesome. So supple and silky. Amazing balance and purity. Super fresh and dense. What a wine. This is so seamless and elegant. Black and red cherries abound. So sweet and so concentrated. Just spectacular.
Sweetens up more with air and gets more energetic and dynamic. Amazing freshness. So elegant. Leaves you thinking. 9.6 to 9.7. Just stunning. Beyond stunning. I need to email Christoph! — 3 years ago

Highly drinkable for being so young,
Suckling 97 review as follows
Currant, red-tea, chili, chocolate and lemon-zest aromas. Chalk and crushed gravel, too. It’s medium-bodied with tight, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity. Sleek and tight with crunchy berry, mineral and zesty notes on the finish. Complex. Pretty center palate to this. Extremely polished. Try from 2025. - James Suckling

The 2018 Tour Saint Christophe represents a new level of elegance, precision and finesse for this estate in Saint-Émilion's Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes district. Silky and exceptionally polished, the 2018 oozes class. Moreover, the heavy extraction and strong torrefaction notes that marked previous vintages of the recent past have been replaced by beautifully precise, vibrant fruit. Tour Saint Christophe is one of best values in Saint-Émilion. I haven't always loved Tour Saint Christoph, but I love the 2018. It's a fabulous effort from Technical Director Jérôme Aguirre and his team. Don't miss it. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media — 3 years ago

Delicious Grüner Veltliner! Aromas and tastes of citrus, Granny Smith apples, and a hint of basil. Refreshing, balanced acidity and sweetness, and eminently drinkable on its own. Purchased from Clos. — 5 months ago
