Ruby red color with red fruit aromas and gentle floral spice, aged for 11 months in 30% new French oak. On the palate flavors of black cherry and raspberry with notes of herb tea, spice with wet stone notes. Fine dusty tannins on a long finish ending with fruit, herbs and savory earthy mineral notes. Very Nice, will age, tasting well now! — 2 months ago
Obviously too young but surprisingly approachable, great oaked nose — 9 days ago
Well-made single varietal cabernet grown near Monte Bello. Smooth blackberry and graphite. Round and medium weight mouthfeel. Less complexity given the single varietal but made with finesse. — 20 days ago
Almost drinks more like a Sauvignon Blanc. Crispy. High acidity. Lemon lime orange peel flavor. Can last multiple days in the fridge.
