Impossible to not like - clear bright fruit but packed with X factor aromas. Sounds strange but this is for grown ups what cotton candy is for kids. Delicious — 5 days ago
Really enjoyed it on a cold day in April sitting by the fire in a friends garden — 12 days ago
Gold and slightly cloudy. Funky, yeasty, and sulphur on the nose, like sticking your nose in a barrel of lambic. There is also something savory going on. Light-bodied and tart. Apricots, grapefruit, and stone, with a short, mildly bitter finish. Fermentation in fiberglass and amphorae give this a relatively clean (i.e. no oak) profile. The tannins will catch up with you later. — 24 days ago
Bright magenta color. Bramble berry pie, smoked game, and peppercorn. Suave with a masculine feel. Ample tannin supports blue and black fruits. Super solid. — 12 days ago
Wonderful Chablis and was able to grab it at a great price! — 5 days ago
Final btl of my batch. About 1.5 yrs since the last btl and not much to add to my last note. Sweet red fruit, cocoa, incense, a touch of heat, hoisin/bbq notes, soft leather, wet leaf...fully mature. On the palate: good acidity and density...perhaps slightly jammy red fruit, leather, earth, still some finely grained, almost chocolatey tannin on the finish, which shows some heat. Good with our stew... — a month ago
Sipping Fine Wine
A blend of 58% Merlot, 39% Cab Sauv & 3% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of fresh red fruit with woodsy spice. On the palate flavors of red plum and cherry with some cacao and licorice notes. This wine shows oak and mineral tones with fine tight tannins and good balance. Long finish with fruit and spice ending. Needs a few years of bottle age. Reasonably price, good value. — 9 days ago
