Lighter mouthfeel but pretty acidic. Tastes darker than east coast cab francs for sure, and that green pepper flavor is less prominent. Would go well with red sauce pizza - very good value overall! — 6 years ago

Beautifully made blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cab Franc, and 5% Malbec. Complex nose consisting of dark fruit, toasted nuts, and wet leaves. No florals.
Boisenberry and blueberry, earth, graphite, olives, leading to polished tannins on the finish. Very good now, will be perfected in 5 years.
