Had this one at Capo’s in LV. Went down well with the meal. — 25 days ago
Earthy with notes of cherry and plum.
Well, balanced and delicious. Allowed to open up for 3 to 4 hours. — a month ago
Red fruit, young, fair amount minerality at least initially, interesting wine for the price. The tannins mellowed nicely after it had some time to breath. — 21 days ago

Top notch rosé — a month ago
Way better on day two after opening. A lot of earth and herbs. Plums, cherry, good amount of tannin. I feel like if this was distilled it would be fernet. There’s a lot of herbs and forest greenery, but it still manages to stay light and fruity enough to make it really enjoyable. Looking forward to trying more Sicilian wines. — 4 days ago

Took like two hours to show me what she’s made of. Damn. Hurry up. Maybe she wanted to lay down for like , I dunno , ten years but who has that kind of time? Finally interesting when she warmed up to what’s going on. Thanks for shyness Paolo - you made me wonder — 7 days ago
