2016 vintage. Certainly less aggressive than other interpretations of Gap Crown Vineyard from other wineries. The wines are all about subtleties. — 15 days ago

Vintage 2005 | Pesach Leognan is known to ripen well, and to be honest: this wine was better each time I tasted it. Dark colour, 3/4 transparant. Beautiful expressive smell, multi layered with laurel, cedar, minerals, pipe tobacco, Forrest fruits. Delicate taste with great balance, very vivid. Glorious. Paired with a deer steak. — a month ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit, tea and sweet herb spices. On the palate ripe cherry and blueberry flavors, with some dried fruit notes, oak, pepper spices and vanilla tones. Fine tannins with balanced acidity carry this rich wine to a long finish. Will age well. — 21 days ago
Very deep fruit and a big wine. drinks nice with the aerator but could be really excellent with more time. — 14 days ago
