Smooth, jammy with a chocolate finish — 20 days ago
Surprisingly good sub $15 CdR.
5 years of sleeping treated it well. — 7 months ago
Coop and I splurged on this ($25) at Jeff’s shop after a long discussion about Rhône wines and wanting to learn more. We thoroughly enjoyed it with an antipasto-style dinner. Nose: pine shavings, raspberry jam, dried cherries, tar, earth. Taste: multilayered, medium to full, cherry, leather, tobacco, charcoal. Delish and we drank it while watching Somm: into the bottle — 2 years ago
Light and lilting in the glass. Plenty of wooden pencils and wet soils in the nose. Berry too. Flavors are dense and plump. Some cheerful cherry. Some brooding bramble berry jams. Hit of licorice. Subtle and razor sharp on the tongue. Dry and snappy to finish. This is nice, fairly-easy red Rhône sipping wine. — 4 months ago
Very nice red CdR, good balance, black fruits, pretty good! — a year ago
sehr leckerer trockener Rotwein, nicht sehr schwer, sehr gut einfach so abends zu trinken.

Really excellent Cotes du Rhône, great fruit, depth, and tannin signaling further development in 2017 vintage that is already delicious. Great value makes it a great go-to everyday red wine that goes with hearty dishes. — 4 months ago
