Good fruit forward champagne. Brut with micro bubbles — 3 months ago
Raspberry, dried rose petals, strawberry seed, chalk, rich with great acid. Large bubbles. — a month ago
Pale straw lemon with frothy mousse and lively bead of bubbles. A nose of fresh fruit with yeast, nutty notes and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, red berry and citrus flavors with biscuit tones. Ok balance, bold acidity, delicate textures, medium finish ending with toasty oak notes and chalky mineral were noted on medium finish. Drink now. — 4 months ago

Wish I knew the base year and other relevant info re this bottle. I’ve had it a couple years. Lovely stuff. Since they claim to make 1911 bottles, what do they do with the rest if “more” is vinified? — 3 days ago
