Romance and desire in a bottle. A pale salmon color with a plethora of pretty little bubbles. The nose is evocative and alluring with typical rosé champagne aromas of soft red fruits and warm brioche rolls.
Pure Pinot Noir from a house famed for Chardonnay and it just works so, so very well. Nice length and a wonderful personality. Just enough tension and drama to keep you more than interested. Strawberries and pears in the mouth, along with a bit of melon and apples. Very nice upon opening but much improved on the second day. Fun, fun stuff.

Great straight down the middle floral/acidic champs. Lacks complexity but performs well with apps, dinner, and blow. No ragrets. — 7 days ago
