Medium deep ruby, quite thin garnet ruby rim . Quite dense and slightly smoky nose, charcoal , dusty cassis, tobacco , oyster shell , sweet blackberry and herbal hints . Sweeter darker fruits on the palate with cassis , blackberry , grafite ,liquorice , tobacco and quite noticable , slightly dry tannins . Good length and dusty grafite finish . This shows some development but needs a little time still to integrate the tannins . Better in 5 years and will last well a further 10 or so . — 23 days ago
