My cherry tomatoes are in full streaming mode. So good. Especially, with burrata.

Try this with your garden cherry tomatoes or ones from the farmers market. Slice in halves, drizzle nicely but not over w/ olive oil, squeeze some fresh lemon, add Maldon salt to taste and fresh basil strips. Mix & let stand 10-15 before enjoying. It is the most authentic presentation of Italian cuisine I have known outside Italy. — 24 days ago
