Natty but in a very cozy way. Hibiscus with nuttiness. — 3 months ago
Lots of cherry and current on the nose. Smooth, slightly earthy in the mouth. Very smooth in the finish too. Nice Texas find! — 5 months ago
Funky on the nose, good w steak- wine bar wine with a bit of tannin. Good. — 5 months ago
Paired with duck and absolutely perfect. So soft with sweet fruit still evident and such soft dusty tannins. Lovely. — 7 days ago
Not the best 2000 I have had. Some harsh characters but still with nice fruit, eucalyptus and saddle leather. — 12 days ago
See previous Delectable note in December 2024. Amazingly pale for a 14 year old white. Aromatics of lemon, lanolin and wet straw. It hasn’t yet developed the toasty characters I was expecting, indicating still a long life ahead. Overall this is delicate on a light bodied leanish palate. Only 11% ABV. Lovers of big buttery Chardonnay may not appreciate this wine. 3 bottles left - I will try and have the next one in 12 to 18 months. — 4 months ago

Magnificent! So fragrant and velvety, there is a good reason hunter Shiraz used to be called Burgundy. Fruit still vibrant with lovely tertiary characters. — 14 days ago
An excellent wine. Still fresh and will improve with more time in the cellar. Full-bodied, cassis, blackberries, cherry, cola, and a bit of spice. — 2 months ago
Quite light straw colour . Slightly waxy toasty notes , lime cordial , lemon , white flowers . Really quite young and fresh. On the palate this has high acidity but a creamy , waxy note. Lime , grapefruit , lightly honied palate . Good length and lime, lightly toasty finish. Very fresh and vital . Really young still . From now and over the next 10-20 years . — 5 months ago

Brilliant sunshot yellow with bright lemon custard cream notes… 11% abv silky smoothen round weightless palate of lemon curd, honey, and lanolin. Rich, round, and woolly. God, I love aged Hunter Valley Semillon. All smiles for a Sunshine Coast Italian lunch. G’day from 85 degree Australia. — 2 days ago
