Anyone who thinks Bojo does not age never tasted this wine. Beautiful aromas of dried black cherry, cranberry and smoke. My palate was assaulted with flavors of black & red cherries, cinnamon, spice and minerals. Plenty of acid despite the warm year. So obvious it was made by a Burgundy producer. Drank without decanting. Light on the nose and a smooth sweet taste on the tongue. Fruit flavors and not intense at all. Great wine and well named! Day 2: sweet fruity smell with more of an alcohol scent. As I taste it, I still taste fruit but it is a bit more acidic. Still good overall but not the same as day 1. — 7 months ago
