Stainless steel ferment with several months resting on the lees.
Pale straw yellow in colour.
Acacia and yellow flowers with dried Chamomile, green apple, ripe peach and crushed stone.
A slightly bitter but fresh finish makes this wine perfect for Vitello Tonnato or whole grilled fish on the BBQ. — 2 days ago
