Cool white blend from CA. Slightly oxidized/reductive nose, with minerals and tropical fruit. In the mouth, very linear and fresh. Yum.

Super clean Fiano-Arneis blend, some rich honeyed notes but they only add further complexity, long, lingering finish, very nice!!

May 27th, 2016Bright and flavorful with green apple on the nose and pineapple on the palate. Together they make this wine a bit sweet for my taste, although I do like the mineral finish and would seek this wine out on a warm day without food.

A deliciously crisp and aromatic white from a couple of true vanguards. La Clarine Farm is the two-person team of @Hank Beckmeyer & Caroline Hoël located at 2600 feet elevation in California’s Sierra Nevada Foothills. They age their wine in neutral containers, never in new oak, and let the wine develop without additions or excessive racking.
