Deep Ruby, black fruit aromas with cedar and earthy herb notes. On the palate flavors of black plum and blackberry with cacao, vanilla and cedar on fine tannins. I am always in admiration of Andrew Caillard MW and his multiple talents when I look at this label which he painted. A beautiful expression of old vine Barossa Mataro (Mourvèdre). — 9 months ago

@Jan de Weerd Interesting Jan. I think that Mourvèdre vineyard of the Hewitsons is one of the oldest plantings of Mourvèdre in the world if not THE oldest in the world.
