Clean, airy, and light; it almost tastes like a savignon blanc, but here in the heat of Brazil tastes can be deceiving. Aged in oak in cool, dark caves after being harvested in the heat, can taste olive, pomegranate, and walnut in this very nice wine. — 6 years ago
Dark inky in color with a short, dirty brick rim.
Strong nose of black currants, cooked plums, oak, licorice, spices, coffee, pencil lead, cola, peppercorn, leather, bone fire smoke, dark chocolates and sweet candy.
Full bodied and soft with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, strawberries, currants, wood, licorice, spices, dark chocolates, black pepper, graphite, peppercorn, leather, vegetables, tobacco and espresso.
Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and tart raspberries.
This is a very nice Brazilian Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Feels like an old world wine.
This 8 year old has a nice mouthfeel, but not fully balanced. The mid palate is very tasty, until the ending, which is a bit too tart for my taste. I actually liked the nose better than the palate.
Needs 90 minutes to open up properly and remove the barnyard notes.
Paired very nicely with food.
Thank you Alex for sharing.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tannant. Aged in Oak barrels. A small production of only 4250 bottles. This blend was only produced in this 2011 vintage.

Orange wine, unfiltered? and closer to white. Good acidity, apricots, almonds, very mineral, grapefruit pith, tropical fruit. At LaLou, new restaurant from the Fausto people on Vanderbilt. — 7 years ago
Smooth! Rich red fruit. 2016. Blend comes from some subset of the following: Barbers, Croatina, Moradella, Pinot Noir, Bonarda. Crazy value. — 5 years ago
There is smokey start to this nose, with a bit of vanilla and red forest fruits and maybe raspberries. Quite interesting but rthe smokyness is strong. The palate is well balanced with a creamy touch, a nice red forest fruit note all along, a soft mouthfeel and a good width. Very gentle tannins in mid palate and a rather long fruity finish. This is very well made! First Brazilian wine and a good first impression — 5 years ago
Insane Marbach. Wet stones, Meyer lemon, hints of cherry. Huge minerals. Complex, dense and juicy. Powerful and concentrated with an insane finish. Just so complex. This is just brilliant. Nose keeps changing. Vulcanized rubber, almost tannic like finish. Massive structure. Amazing finish. One of the best young wines from Andi I’ve ever had. Just sick. — 7 years ago
Beautiful color, great aromas, a full bodied Brazilian Rose. Vintage 2018,one of the best ever in southern hemisphere. Excellent wine! — 7 years ago
Lovely with jam overtones with slight crisp but deep flavor - relatively young tasting wine — a year ago
Out of this world. Andi is so slept on. This is just so vibrant, rich, nimble and full of amazingly pure fruit. Just shimmers. Gorgeous length and real elite purity to the fruit. Fantastic inner mouth aromas that are confectionary and that confection echoes on the finish and then ends with pitted stone fruits and mineral. Outrageous. Nose is all mineral, red plum, rainer cherry and apricot. Just so pure. — a year ago
Crazy enough this went in and out of being wine of the Fausto line up open here. Again don’t expect anything, including disappointment. — 6 years ago
His wine is very underrated. At least the 2017 harvest. I apologise to the other folks who scored this wine but this is a delicious wine. I opened the bottle and my wife knew immediately that this was a South American wine and guessed it was a garzon. Honestly, if not better this wine is as good as garzon tannat. Cioccolato, lots of red berries and leather notes. Coffee and a little vanilla on the palate. It is a pity this wine isn’t available in the USA and only 20.000 bottles of this vintage were produced. I will certainly buy it again in my next trip. — 6 years ago
