Fruity nose and medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing raspberries, cherries, light oak, spices, coffee, dark chocolates, earth, tobacco leaf and peppercorn.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Sangiovese from Montepulciano in Tuscany. Elegant and fruit forward.
A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.

Chalky minerals, lime, green cardamom, pink peppercorn, cinnamon, bay leaf. As wine warms from fridge temps, floral notes Zapata is known for spring forth, electrifying an already complex bouquet. Charming, seemingly endless finish. One of the few wines I've had that lives up to the hype.
