Quite shy with some fresh dough, fresh green apple, a whiff of marcipan, lemon peel. Very fresh & fine.
Lovely froth on the palate, super tiny persistent bubbles. Nice mouthfeel with a bit of creaminess.
Lively lemony acidity (just 5gr dosage), not overly fruity, with very nice minerality and a salty touch towards the long finish. This has precision, energy and character. A truly nice wine. — 5 months ago
Having this with a nice Brasato di Manzo. Lots of aged complexity. Nose has aged book library and mahogany scents, old leather, and deep cherry liqueur fruit underneath. Fruit is more prominent in the mouth, particularly with food. Very little tannin remains, and there is nice but gentle acidity. — 2 months ago
Let’s qualify this statement by saying that I’m not a wine connoisseur. That said, I really enjoyed this wine. Not overly sweet and smooth.. — 3 months ago
Laura Bianchi and her team continue the long family tradition of making beautiful wines. This marvelous Chianti is a good example. Its traditional style exhibits a layered structure of ripe cherry fruit & herbs accented with light tannins that make it a delight to drink. The wine is at its peak. Enjoy it! — 5 months ago
Gold in color. Honey, jasmine, toast, stone, meyer lemon and some pear. On the palate very steely and full of apple. Very refreshing and clean. Decent fruit on the palate with bitter almonds. — 4 months ago

Fruity oaky nose, very dense appearance, moderately fruit forward. Forward tannins upon opening, but softened quickly. Enjoyable. — 2 months ago
