😍 2018. Susucaru-vibes. Tynd ribs. Mild lakrids. Vibrerende. — 6 years ago
The color is a pale orange red, kind of coppery. Beautiful. smells like tart fruit - blood orange and strawberry - but also detecting earthiness, maybe rocks, salt. Texture is light but poppy. Tastes like bright fruit, acid, ash and salt. This is special. The hype is real. — 8 years ago
Rose, red cherry, bret, on nose. On palate baking spices(cinnamon), tart cherry. Natural wine on nose but on palate very structured. — 9 months ago

Drank a bottle of this vintage in October. Super effervescent and kombucha-y meets deep red fruit rosé. — 9 years ago

Why not give it a 10? It’s amazing. Light but well structured Sicilian red with volcanic minerality. Pairs with anything. — 5 years ago
All time favorite.. red fruit, some fizz, some funk, all glou. — 8 years ago
Opened up beautifully maybe too cold at first. Just the color I like my wine to be - on the red/rose border. Reminds me of Susucaru or Jura reds. The whole made without electricity label is a little twee. Oh well. Can’t believe the fucking LCBO had this. Clearly a fluke. — 8 years ago

Got ahold of three of these allocated babies that get sold out every year by spring.
Volcanic must, spicy berries on the nose.
Wohooo what a mouth punch. Prickly on the tongue. Bracing acidity balanced with an earthy, breezy cherry and berry medley. An herbaceous, mint-adjacent undercurrent as well.
Both stunning, subtle in its way, and stunning in fruit quality and minerality — 4 months ago
