Frank appeals to the lover of raw wine - crunchy, cidery, angular, untouched. I appreciate his wine but I don’t think they live up to his cult status or clamor for allocation. Well made but not extremely well made.

This was, for the most part, exactly what I thought it’d be. It’s very good. Backboned and domesticated. A pale crimson and aromas of fresh raspberries and dark tilled soil. Dirt. Ten days of skin contact - dark like Claret with weight and tannin, but elegance and roundness from white grapes. Flavors of tart raspberries and wild strawberry - salts and minerals.

Dry Rose, can taste the red skins but flavor reads more like a white wine. Pairs nicely with chicken.
