A very reliable producer. Plenty left under the hood. Half bottle delight. Tons of sediment and the cork was intact but crumbled upon opening. Stewed for an hour and then began to be ready. Rounded succulent mature fruit a bit smoky and great balance/mouthfeel. — a month ago
2nd wedding anniversary wine! Bought in our honeymoon in July of 2022 and saved for today! This in a has aged beautifully, with a nose that’s just starting to hint at age, but still pushes forward balance between fruit like black cherries, fresh plums and velvety notes of rose, and some musty mushroomy forest floor. The color is like deep, perfect rose, amazingly big flavor for being so low abv. The acidity is still there but definitely subsiding, and being replaced with some spicieness, dark cherry, hints of licorice, robitussen, rose water, fresh olive oil, even a bit of balsamic! — 2 months ago
Pale lemon (translucent) hue. Pronounced aromas of bell pepper, gooseberry, grapefruit, with a hint of grass. Medium-minus body with high acid. Citrus and minerals on the palate. Long finish. Exemplar of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. — a month ago
Slightly heavier Pinot noir, ripened blackberries, plums, liquorice, cinnamon and toffee. Does not taste like a typical French or Aust/NZ Pinot. Elegant tannins and acidic. Taste more like a light right bank — 2 months ago

Nice Merlot with some ribeyes on the grill. Oak still not fully integrated and there is more of an opulent glycerine quality than I expected for a ridge. But still nice. — 13 days ago
