Blewitt Springs Grenache 2006

Big and starting to hit the down side but lots of positives. If you like a monster Grenache this is your jam, but drink it quicker than this. — 5 days ago

Palmer, good review. It’s like drinking Grenache jam! Delicious. Hugh

Alder Springs Vineyard Syrah 2018

It’s close to being stunning, but too young. Too raw. Sour black cherry. Pine cone. Pencil, unripe fig. Background of fresh butchered game. Good acidity. Little oak. — 4 hours ago

Seven Springs Vineyard Chardonnay 2017

Delectable Wine
9.3

Light, glistening yellow. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh citrus and orchard fruits, dusty minerals and white flowers, and a hint of chamomile emerges with air. Sappy, penetrating and energetic on the palate, offering Meyer lemon, pear, candied ginger and toasted brioche flavors that slowly deepen and spread out on the back half. Powerful and concentrated yet lithe in character, finishing with strong energy and lingering floral and mineral notes. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, September 2020)

Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir 1996

En Magnum. Pretty youthful color still, redfruits, earthy, a bit exotic, really, just smells like a Seven Springs Pinot, lovely and rich across the palate with some nice structure still (though not structured like Freedom Hill Pinots), nice length, very fine. — 25 days ago

Seven Springs Pinot Noir 2014

I love Willamette Pinot because it’s so unique. It’s generally less fruity and obvious than California, but softer and more approachable in its youth than Burgundy. This is no exception. The nose is super fresh and a little tart. Cherry cola and bubble gum. The palate is earthier than the nose lets on with moderately high acid. I even get some black pepper and rubber. It definitely keeps you coming back for another sip. — 2 days ago

Alder Springs Vineyard Chardonnay 2013

A great year for this wine, if you like aged Chardonnay, definitely get the 2013 if it’s still available! — 6 days ago

Flora Springs

Napa Valley Merlot 2016

Blackberry, currants, oak, black tea, licorice, cedar, and mesquite smoke. Medium tannins, high alcohol, and high acid. The cab of this vintage is a bit brighter, but the merlot is broader and smoother. — 12 days ago

Seven Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017

Veering off into Oregon Pinots. Delightful. Tremendous QPR here. Given that their La Source is twice the price, this is a stunning achievement! — 7 days ago

Had La Source? Awesome too.

Yes @Eric S got the 2014 from last bottle for $39. That's what clued me into this winery. (I suppose that's the exact situation producers hope for)

Me too. I think they had La Source (single vineyard) on their site for around $60. Great deals!
