Vigna Giachini Barolo Nebbiolo 2005

Decanted for about nine hours. Fresh raspberries, cherries, and a bit of mushrooms. Very elegant. Full-bodied, but not quite as powerful as other Barolos I’ve had over the years. — 3 days ago

Arborina Barolo Nebbiolo 2016

Starting to reveal itself but additional cellaring is needed. I think this wine is going to improve considerably — 10 months ago

Marcenasco Barolo Nebbiolo

Very nice medium body. Not as bold as a good cab. Finish was a little dry, but who can go wrong with a Barolo. — 3 months ago

Terrazze Retiche di Sondrio Nebbiolo Rosato 2020

Lyle Fass
9.4

One of the few rose wines I adore. 100% Nebbiolo from Valtellina. Nose is light but vivid cherry and some tobacco and tar. Gorgeous clarity. So much energy and precision and so so juicy. What a wine. Amazing length. Now after air the fruit is sweeter and the nose is so floral. This is elite. 9.3 to 9.4 — 3 months ago

@Jay Kline we offer once a year. It’s ridiculously great.. 21 will be next vintage. But after 4-6 years in the cellar. it’s off the charts.
