One of my favorite breweries in the south. I know, I know, Sweetwater in Atlanta’s great and all, but Crooked Can outta Orlando is something else.
Their seasonal Oktoberfest pictured on the right hits all the right Autumn notes.
Purple Cow to the left of that has got nice açaí, blueberry, and licorice notes.
Down the line, the Pia Kawa is a perfect tart pineapple sipper.
Finally, the Mellow Step, probably the favorite of the flight, has got the perfect amount of hops balanced with a saltwater taffy mango afternote.

45+ minute decant and could have benefitted from more. Mix of red and purple colors. Amazing nose! Floral, earth, cow shit, and smoke. Resembled some very high end Bordeaux’s. Wine gets interesting from there. Lots of spice, minimal fruit, and a smooth texture. Short finish. Pretty good value and I want to try again. — a month ago
I thought I would do something fun this Halloween season and post some “creepy” wines and pair them with some fun cheese. This is a nice blend from Paso Robles, medium body, dark garnet in color. Very tannic with notes of rhubarb and raspberry. I wish I could eat this cheese by the mouthful. It’s a Wensleydale cheese from the UK with strawberry and Prosecco. So sweet, it really offsets the tannins in the wine. 💀🍷🧀 — 4 days ago
