Medium straw lemon , with hint of green . Shows a touch of age with slight petrol notes along with the lemongrass , smoky , spicy , ripe apple . On the palate good density , with a creamy richness , those lemongrass , ripe apple , slightly spicy notes . Slightly rich and weighty though with lovely balanced acidity and good length . Really good now though can go a further 5-8 years without too much problem — 2 months ago
Really good! — 2 months ago
Light straw colour . Pretty mineral and focused on the palate . Linear with lemon oil , touch of brioche and white flowers . Quite intense on the palate with real focus , very fresh acidity but with enough body to cover . This tastes very young really and probably needs more time to be at peak . Wait another 5 years perhaps and will probably last another 10-15 — 2 months ago
Smooth, easy drinking. Absolutely love. — a month ago
Expressive nose, a bit reduced at first, then on ti ripe cherries, cocoa, liquorice , plums. Ample bodied, son of a dry and hot vintage, acidity that holds the alcohol and hood length and youth for a 2012. Remarkable, unexpected village, Albelda, must be the high land on the way to Clavijo. — 2 months ago
Dark violet-red color with aromas of fruit, spices and sweet notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, blueberry and plum with cacao, vanilla and black pepper. Firm tannins, medium finish ending with fruit, spice and herb mineral character. Drinking ok now! — 2 months ago
