With New Years around the corner, grab something nice. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North & South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous Cote de Bouzy. Deep salmon pink with full aromas of berry fruit and citrus mineral notes wrapped in a delicate fine mousse. On the palate flavors of raspberry and strawberry, bright acidity with spicy notes and orange zest. Long silky finish, ending with earthy yeasty mineral character. — 17 days ago
From brine to seasoned to cooked bird.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Gotta have two glasses with Thanksgiving Turkey, one for dark & white meat.
Nicely, ripe blackberries, black plum, black raspberries, dark cherries, medium intensity, dark spice, cinnamon stick, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, dark & red fresh and withering florals, near perfect acidity and a lush, balanced, long finish. At it peaks. — 9 days ago
This was excellent. Delicious, fruity, juicy, very smooth and drinkable, light tannins and not very earthy for a Pinot. — 12 days ago

Beaux Frères; Beaux Frères Vineyard (Estate)
Ribbon Ridge; Willamette Valley, OR, USA
(93-95; Drink 2027-37)
Delayed 2023 Thanksgiving with the extended family.
Much to look forward to here, all the B-F traits to love, strawberry, black raspberry, plum, white pepper, still bold and wanting several more years to really enter the zone for my palate.
The 2004 vintage is drinking perfectly now, a respectable presentation of the AVA. I can't wait for this to catch up. — 8 days ago
