Spectacular nose with focused cherry compote aromas. Silky smooth with a finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Nose of candied perfumed red florals. The core is black cherries, cherries, strawberries, dark pomegranate, red licorice, cola, soft beautiful minerality, silky chalk and a fresh elegant fruit finish. Acidity and balance is dead on.

Drank this at the wee-hours so palate might have been tired. 03 seemed more meaty than I expected. Pretty heady stuff nonetheless.

This was silky with good weight & balance showing notes of sweet dark cherry, mineral, Asian spices, earth, crushed rock, chalk & violets.

Not yet ready, but still drink beautifully ;-)

This 2003 is drinking great now... Wow.
